| I think one of the reasons why people don't submit that much movies to competitions is that the host of the competition always requires the moviemakers to add advertisement to their movies. This is a deal breaker for me atleast. I know a couple more guys also who didn't take part in this competition because of that but I can't speak for the whole community. Even though you wanted only one logo, it makes the movies feel less your own. Nevertheless, competitions like this are a great way for new moviemakers to bring their work forward and if what I just said doesn't bother you, enjoy the competition! |

Semi-agreed. I remember it was deal-breaker for me when illusion pictures had their contest. I just had a laugh and quit. But this is completely different situation. I very like this site and what they brings for the community, it was pleasure to add some sort of logo to my work.
I was also thinking of why ppl don't submit movies, but uhm, only they know. Maybe they think they wouldn't have chance to win (remember it's important to participate xD) or they just don't think it's any prestigious to participate/win? Or this logo thingy? Who knows.. |

about any1 don't submit movies for this contest: 1st, there s no prize for the winners. in the same time, other 2 contest on different site, give prize.
look like wasnt a good idea choose this moment for a contest... |

For example, I make UT movies and they keep giving me comments like
"UT = voted 0"
"rammstein sux voted 0"
"terrible movie voted 0" .... "did you watch it?" ..... "no but its UT"

AHHH! My internet got capped today (24th) and i get full speed back on the 26th, i think GOD doesntwant me in this contest. Video's been finished since the 16th :( This isnt fun. Ill do my best to find a way to get it UL'd.
