I have a question about making a CoD frag movie without fraps... (its laggy to use it and ure only able to play on 640*480)
I have recorded demo's, but I only need to know how to make screenshots of them with 30 fps. Can anyone tell me?
Msg me on IRC @ #dark.Union (dU|Shiver)

with cod, use cl_avidemo 30 for 30 frames per second in the console (i'd suggest binding 2 function keys (f1-f12), one for cl_avidemo 30 and one for cl_avidemo 0 (to stop it making screenshots)). This will output a sequence of uncompressed images (in targa format) Use virtual dub to merge them into an avi and you got yourself some high quality realtime footage. (vdub is free)

I would actually suggest vdub over pjbmp2avi.. besides the filters/color correction stuff you could do... you have the choice of selecting a sequence you want to render. So say if you want to render 10 sequences of images, you can quickly crop out each sequence to individual video files. In pjbmp2avi you'd have to do more work to accomplish this. It is very easy to use vdub and it has great potential for yielding better source quality than pjbmp2avi.

Just a note here too - I can vouch for vDub - its a great program to get involved in your workflow, because you can almost always use it, and it will save a lot of time down in the future.
Also, instead of using uncompressed, if you are worried about size but don't want to lose quality use HuffyUV (huffyYUV ? ) ... top notch codec.
