Well some may already know this but I'm going to have this thread here to keep the rest in the loop.
Aftermath is currently on hold. I have all the first person footage converted.. New sound track selected but no actual final product video done. Although it says it is 0% there is work done with it, just the final product is 0% complete. I've scraped what I've had 2 times. 1 time being because the intro song was already used, and the 2nd one was because I didn't like the flow of the song.
Aftermath will still be made, but at this time the newest version of own-age.com (dubbed v9 for version 9) will take the majority of my time. When v9 is released and running without a hitch I will spend the majority of my time on aftermath.
Because of this, demos are still being accepted. Demos will always be accepted on this project till I am nearly finished with the video. You can upload your ctf highlights to:
ftp.own-age.com
username: videos
password: videos
Please name your demos similar to:
[name]_[time1]_[time2]_[time3].dm_68
example:
own-age_1.30_12.15.dm_68
Notes:
- If you send in demos without times, it will be deleted.
- If you send in demos that are not ctf related, they too will be deleted. I'd suggest sending those demos to another person who is making a general frag video such as to fei who is making "get quaked 3".

That is where editing comes. I prefer without HUD (in fact cg_draw2d 0). Now if the frag is not easy to spot without it, the editors has tools (at least in Quake3) to show it differently, in way everybody can follow action easily.

Yep.. but for the majority that doesn't happen :) Well i also like withouth nothing to get that cinematic feeling.. but many forget to make a little sign and the viewers don't have the correct ideia :(

I mean after like trawling through 5789590784 demos there's like heaps of good ones that I've missed, double mids etc =] was just saying that at least a few would be really good to watch
I'm sorry if I've caused any offense or anything of the sort. It was not intended, I just wanted to express the opportunity of getting more footage for you. (The more you have to pick from the higher quality the frags will be, right?) That's just my opinion anyway...
