Just found an exellent prog, called VidCrop..

It's a complete video cropper for different video formats...

it supports avi, mpeg, mpg, mp4, mov,wmv, asf & others...

I think it'll be helpful to all....

cropping during edit is done in vegas/premiere/after effects but cropping a video in post-production shoudl be done in AviSynth before you pass it on to your x264 encoder.
