Just wondering how many people still play Quake III. I haven't been able to play for a little over 6 months since I got my new Mac Pro for video editing. Quake III runs alright but I experience random crashes and there's no equivalent server browser to ASE for Mac which annoys me too much to continue playing. As soon as I get a bit of spare cash to pick up a copy of Windows XP I can dual boot and run Quake through windows and everything should run fine.
I've been checking around and haven't seen too many new vids etc being released and as I'm posting this the OPC Forums seem to be down, I'm hoping just for maintenance. I can't wait to get back and hope there's still some familiar faces kickin' around :)
If you still play let me know what servers are still active both fragging and tricking. Hope to see you guys soon although I can't say exactly when that will be just yet :(

I still play once in a while, allthough i'm just an average Quaker. I hope to get more time to produce some demo's and making movies. But agh...i say that for more then a year now. So i really should get started.
I never can find any good servers where u can record though...at least not where i look.

hah yeah. I've got 100s if not 1000s of unreleased demos kicking around still just haven't had time to do anything with them and I'm always wanting more from myself before I'm ready to start :(
I hope there's more than this still around. I know you've got all your fancy new games with their shiny colours and those "graphics" things but I can never play another FPS after Quake III :( They just aren't the same.
