I didn't wanted to divide the games in series nor mods, the purpose of the poll is to see what people think what are the best videos counting it's engine, playability, capability to work as an entertaining movie, interest, and editing that was given generaly!
I think the quake were the ones that gave more interesting movies general (not because i play), even if there were interesting movies in all

Well, after all movies I saw I'm pretty sure that Quake 3 is the best game ever for movie making. It's fast and the frags are ugly. That's what the ppl love imo. :)
And some frags are amazing, like turning to someone, killing him and look forward...and everything in 0,5 seconds! Recon showed that good in 'Get Quaked 3' :) It almost looked like aimbot.

imho it was a close call between Quake and UT, in the end i picked Quake purly because there are more "hq" movies in that catagory then the other aforementioned :D

Quake movies for sure. All (ok, not all, but most :P ) other gaming movies are quite boring imho.

yeah but even though both these games are good there are rarly if any good movies submitted for them

True, but in the end it's a matter of taste and people will vote for their "most favourite" game anyway not taking a closer look at the poll's question tho :)
imo Quake is graphical an ugly game compared to HL², Doom3 and/or CoD2 and therefore can't come out the winner of this poll.
these mentioned games and game-based mods might not bring out the same amount of movies than Quake does but actually that's not the poll's real question.
but hey, the question leaves room for interpretation doesn't it?

q3, for me too....
the graphic now it s too old (expecially when you watch ut2k4, D3, CoD2 and so on) but frags look greatest than any other fps. there isnt the combo like in ut, but that s a small problem.
and that recon's shot in GQ3 s simple 1 of the best ever watched :o
