Description:
This is an UT2K4 Frag Highlight video. After watching some popular UT2K4 videos here at ownage.com, I thought to myself 'Hey, I really enjoyed watching those videos, and I'de like to make one of my own for others to watch and enjoy in the community too.'
I wanted to get into Video Editing anyways, so I figured I'de give it a shot.
I hope the viewers enjoy watching this movie, as I had a blast making it. It is in fact, my first video, but I liked it so much, I'm already started on a new video using bigger and badder programs, and the knowledge i gained while making this video. I'm excited to release this video to others. Thanks.

Decent try for a first movie.

Creativity: Well, there wasn't much that I haven't seen before, but I didn't expect that for a first movie.
Editing: Not that much special things, but it was nice that you experimented a little. Really watch that the editing improves the beauty of the frag. You might also wanna work on the transitions. The way you used the rypelcam was quite good for a first time, try and watch that scenes stay understandable and that you don't loose the overview.
Content: Some frags were decent, a lot where not very special. That's often a big turnoff for the audience. The music was quite good, the Basements Jax song worked quite well. Watch some movies that get high marks on the content and see what todays standerds are for a good movie frag.
Quality: Can be a lot better, watch brownies (also a ut2k4 movie) and compare his quality.

Overal: A decent first try. I hope you can do something with my comment. I really recommend watching some populair ut2k4 or quake3 movies, so you really get to know what todays standerds are. I think that working with more programs like Adobe After Effects will also improve the movie a lot.
Good luck with the next movie and nice to see a new active movie maker.

creative name :) like grizzy said a decend try for the first time :) frags are ok i think (not playing ut), camera movement is good, quality is worse, can't see clear, sometimes low-fps. 4/10

comment: liked the music, evanesence was not very original though. quality was not very HQ ;)
frags, not special. some decent ! well, iam not getting fired up to play ut2k4, it didnt really entertain. work on the quality + frags imo.

well done for your first movie imo!! great effort. maybe you get some critics, but thats is to create a better product next time.

Thanks for the comments guys. Yes Indeed, the picture quality does suck, but i started this movie back when i knew very little about video editing, not even codecs n such lol.
I made this movie basically using Windows Movie Maker (eew..) until i found out about other programs. Now I trashed the WMM, and am on to bigger badder things.

Anyways, I'm already started a new UT2K4 movie and I have to say the picture quality is absolutely amazing so far. Everything is going good. I'm using some newer programs such as after effects, and vegas, and the options are almost unlimited, lol.
