Vitality is a Quake 4 frag movie featuring a collection of the bestfrags sent in by the community. I tried to show off what quake 4 (1.3)is really about. Hope everyone enjoys the movie!
Resolutions - 1280x720 (HQ) 800x450 (MQ)
-----WARNING----The High Quality (x264) version requires a pretty fast CPU for properplayback due to its high bitrate(4000) and high resolution (1280x720).Most people would be better off downloading the Medium Quality versionwhich still looks pretty good. Please download the HQ version if youare sure that your computer can handle it (typically atleast 2.5ghz andup). UPDATE**************XVID version added to downloads page And for those who can't play back the HQ, did you try to download the medium quality?!?! either way xvid wins in the end but looks like shit. Enjoy!

ok.. Another quality Q4 provided for us by Killat0n ( lets face it,there aren`t many about ).
Editing is good,the frags are for the most part very entertaining and the quality is very good although i did have to pause the movie a few times while my computer caught up :).
bad points wer that awfull black betty cover (made me cringe) and erm...thats the only one lol.
also the credit sequence was new and imaginative,very nice.

| i normally only watch cs videos but the quality in the ss's cought my eye so i downloaded. wow, amazing video dude. wow. amazing mixing and audio. wow, amazing job not taking away from the frags with to many extra camera angles wow, just amazing. one of my favorite quake videos ever. the music and syncing was just out of this world amazing. |

Well, lovely screenshots, and lovely intro, I could still watch that.
I have a dual core 3ghz with 2gb ram and I cannot play the ingame scenes of the video for longer than 2 seconds..
Sheeesh, please get the bitrate down next video!

A bit for sure. With a 400mhz pc I cannot play Get Quaked 3, with this one I can play it and also tricking movies in 720p resolution. But not this one. So I guess this has too high bitrate and it also looks like it. Like some other q4 movies as well.
What do you advise me to do then?

| I want to watch that vid too, but I can only see some coloured pics (you know when you get an monitorerror etc.) and yes I am using VLC Media Player. Are there any special settings for better replay? |

Best Quake 4 vid out yet, not as good as I believe they will eventually be, but an excellent foreshadowing... (I hope.) Excellent editing... great music(though I kinda like all music so as long as it's synched... which it was... it's all good.) Some bs shots that noobs scream "hacker" for, some funny crap that entertained me immensely, and a good long extra dosage of skill mixed with luck. It's got alot going for it, good work...

This movie is really good. Puts some nice exposure back onto quake 4. I can run the movie just fine in MPC. My system stats are: AMD64 3700+

Bloodshed II HQ uses as much performance as Vitality does... 25-30% on my E6400

For me it is not working with VLC-player, but with media player classic it's working without any lags.
