| Cool simple movie, I liked it. content might not be that impressive but it got better as it went along, specialy the second main song. Was it a combo of vanila and promode? that straft on dm17 was nice on the first main song. Nice to see the classic maps used. |

That movie reminded me of some good old movies (some of the very first cpm tricking movies released):
racoon cpm, promode movie (by shambler and s1k), racoon on the moon, and even my first movie posted here, 3-style. I think there is at least 1 trick taken from each of these movies.
If you love movies from these times, I suggest you to watch pro-motion too.
It really has the standard of these movies, content and editing wise, and many tricks are copied from these movies. That kind of movies made me begin tricking cpm at the time (promode movie was the one, but racoon was close, just came a little later). But they are all from between 2001 and 2003!
Since then standards have really increased, and a big part of these tricks can be achieved by a skilled tricker in a very few attempts, and there is no editing.
So to sum up it that movie reminded me a bunch of good old memories when I was a newbie, it can be a good introduction to cpm for new comers, because it shows the basis of cpm tricking, and they can achieve them quickly, but that's all.

to bacchus:
that was my goal, to create video reminding us good old times when simple cutted video was enaugh. recently i'm getting tired of videos made with so many filters, special efects that you can't tell what the player just did. why they put three camera points to simple 2rj. i'm not a good tricker so content of my video isn't impressive :) i understand that sometimes you can make something bigger and better(as to editing), but not all the time - it gives me headake.
but i'm glad you did what i wanted you to do - reminded something that was not so long ago, that many players have forgotten.
