I like this kind of movies, when they aren't overedited and still can keep you untertained until the end.
Some great frags, some HLTV are decent, nice synching sometimes, I love the music you used.
Yet, this movie is far from being perfect : some HLTV are laggy, the last music of the fragpart is overused since xyanide's in memory of HLO gavle and the moviemaker didn't use it "properly"...
The only cs movies I watch more than one time are the ones made by style prod (+ 2/3 other moviemakers I love), but this one will definetly stay on my HD for a while.

I was part of the on-going production process and I'd like to thank sny for completing a fantastic movie.
I personally love movies that are fast paced and put most of the attention on the frags. This is what this movie does; coincided with clean editing and crisp quality, sny delivers (on his first full length effort) a cs frag movie delight

sny (Jai Chopra) delivers his first full length cs release- a movie
honouring the cs club and community gameplex. gameplex private features
members from such prominent Australian cs clans as izM, volatile, 96,
RS and Zealot.
This ten and a half minute rollercoaster ride is
exceptionally edited and features a wide and wild variety of music sure
to please both the hardened metal head and trance enthusiast equally.
One cannot look pass the seamless rendering and subtle yet skillful
synching that sny treats us to in this movie.
Watch towards the end for
Milky's infamous 1v5 clutch against muha which scandalised the
Australian cs community and earned him the the unofficial title of
"greatest onliner in the southern hemisphere". |

StucK, no one in the movie cheated.
Much of the movie featured lan clips from Australian tournaments.
Skipping this movie because you're worried "some of it is cheats" is just plain stupid.
Rionu, sunny didn't ask anyone to vote 10's for him so shut up with unfounded statements.

| The fact is, people involved in making this movie voted for it. Whether sny asked them or not, he didnt stop them, so it doesnt make much difference. And i think you are one of them. You're not regged though, so it's hard for me to actually see if it's true or not. |

yes well I'm in the movie so clearly my opinion isn't impartial- my comment was intended more to promote the movie than to review it objectively
in response to the accusations of cheating in 1 clip- only 1 person has even commented on it and anyone with experience in cs can tell it's clearly nothing like an aimbot- for a start m1kachu sprays 3 other enemies before the final kill and of these headshots only one I believe. It simply looks as though the demo lagged or the movie rendering sped up slightly at this point which has apparently aroused suspicion in this one previous poster.
I can guarantee he was not cheating and if you watch the movie itself you'll see the accusation was entirely unfounded. |

uhm, what's so bad about voting for a movie you are in? cry much? geez...
its a good movie. and yeh, to not watch it because some random guy accused someone of hacks for one shot (which doesn't look like hacks at all) is just silly. you should watch it then make up your own mind about it.
imo it was a good movie, and if you don't watch it, you're missing out on some nice frags. |

So you're accusing the creator of "asking his friends" to vote. So the
fact that he didn't ask anyone clearly counters your first post.
I'm not saying that his friends didn't vote for the moment, the point
is you said sunny "asked his friends to vote all 10" which he didn't.
Furthermore, there's nothing wrong with a few friends voting for your movie since in the long run, the overall rating will be evened out due to the sheer number of voters.

And i suppose all these people who gave it 10s would do so if sny asked them to. You know, wilful blindness in some cases considered as heavy crime as murder.
And btw i wouldn't say a thing if the guys voted adequately, and not just showing disrespect to users of this resource trying to fool them with fake high rating.
And "oh, it'll evens out somehow" is a very lame excuse, really. |

What's the main part of it? The fact that you personally don't think it's a good movie? That's your opinion, I respect that. But you're one person, thus your vote is weighted the same as the rest of us. You're debating crap based on your opinion that the movie is worth 7.5/10.
I personally voted fairly, I didn't give straight 10's tbh.

Wrong. You wouldn't say a thing if people voted in a similar fashion to yourself. Again, you are qualifying "adequately" with "what rionu believes". Not everyone enjoys all the overdone effects of some cs movies, what if all these people seriously believed this excellent movie should be 10/10?

It's not an excuse. It's statistical reality. Sheer volume of votes _will_ result in a relatively accurate rating.

Yes, I agree objective movie ratings are the aim of the site. However, due to the layout of the whole voting process, perfect objectivity will never be achieved.
Each vote is subjective to each individual's opinion. A fairly objective rating is achieved through average of all these subjective votes. It's simple statistics.
Unless you can think of a better way to do things, don't complain about the current system.

I don't see how what i voted is relevant here. I'm not defending the movie, if you believe it's worth a 7.5 or a 1, that's your opinion, vote that way. It wasnt bad at all good campred to some of the movies i've seen on here xD! id give it a 8/10. I didn't think there was any cheating going on at all anywhere. That last frag was spec. great movie i enjoyed it ^^;;
