1st post \o/
Anyway, this movie had a lot of pros and cons about it.
The 1st thing I would like to mention is the sound and video quality, you need to work a bit more on that. Preferably using x264 and AAC format in meGUI.
Pros: + The frags were average for the most part, but they were done and also shot (with rypel cam and such) in such a way that it was unique and some of the average shots were actually very nice. The kills were done with a sort of confidence that shows skill and prediction, and that it wasn't just luck. It was kind of like beefed up yoyo kills without the spam, loads of missed shots, lucky average kills and such (I hope I don't get flamed for that statement), which made the movie quite enjoyable. I get tired of seeing all these staged and played for frags. This kind of seemed like the types of "good" frags we would of seen a few years ago in movies. + The music from 2:30-7:00 mixed with the frags and the effects kind of gave an adrenaline rush which you don't get from too many movies anymore. That section of the movie was very enjoyable to me, partly because it was more on the lines of my type of music and it also made the action seem more fast paced. + Rypel cam and some effects were played out very well. + Wasn't all deck!
Cons: - Some of the effects and sounds were off by a few nano-seconds which kind of bugged me, timing is everything... - The quality of sound and video which I mentioned earlier. - The cheesy parts with all those characters shooting at each other. - The beginning and ending music gave a very odd atmosphere.
I know that wIz4 is going to enjoy 2:30-7:00 as well, because he loves nightwish ;)
Overall this is better than most of your previous videos, but the quality just bugged me a bit. If the atmosphere and creativity were the same all throughout like it was in 2:30-7:00, it would be a VERY enjoyable movie, at least for me, but I really didn't like before and after that section with the weird music and some of the weird effects and such.
With a little more time, and some help with compressing the actual movie itself, hopefully your next project will compete with some of the top notch movies.

i see your improving, ill just give you some easy tips to make a movie look better:
-Use ''clearhud'' or another way to remove anoying HUD msgs.(who cares loque is on a spree in a spam fest, viewing from player)
-Music is a matter of taste but this music had no suspence whatsoever. try using more 'movie-action-suspence' types music.
-Try improving sound/video quality, though i dont know how, there are ways to find out.
-Some les ffa action and more war or duels
+I liked some of the combos you pulled, original stuf (maevolence)
+different wpns, although frag level was average with them, low gravity is single shot only imo (no 3+ packs)

Better then I expected :) Anata no eiga wa amari yokunai deshita ;). Some nice frags. Nice synch at times. Could have had some less deck frags imo. I'm not gonna repeat all that's allready been said. Good job on this movie and good luck with the next one.
Another tip: use the same fps that you record with as your output fps. Now you probably recorded with 30 fps and your movie is: 29,97 (or smt like that :))

hmmz, thought this movie will be bettah, but it kinda dissapointed meh ;x i agree that there were some quite amazing frags, but frags from public/ffa games made it look like first avrage movies from old years ... very avrage :S
i think that it wud be best if u have pick the best ones u got and make this move little bit shorter ... or atleast do so next time :) ... tho i kno that u are still impoving so ... keep it up :) |

Ive seen this already a month ago or so :), its OK i guess with some very nice frags and a good average level throughout the movie.. Its just a shame that imo you stay on the same moviemaking level and dont evolve when releasing new project, try to improve more instead of immidiatly creating a new project.. experiment etc.
Still i found the movie entertaining... !
