Hey hey hey, i'm writing a readme, how cool is that? Anyways, i started this project thing somewhere dunno when
perhaps february maybe not but probably yes although im not sure however im quite close *giggles like a twat*.
No fancy readme's here, if you want some info, go #unpredictables and ask, if you'll be many, i'll put a link in the
topic, and that's about it. Did i mention this is my first Q3 movie? Oh yeah, and eventhough i started it in
february, i actually started working on it besides watching demos, in like, 2nd half of june. So that's that.
Oh and some thankses go out to auri for remastering the soundtrack, most of the shaolinprod crew for helping with
starting to work with quake, and especially cute markus for extraprotips (can't remember exactly what, but i think
i took his advice in making it look better, so). Thanks to those swedish guys at #ru8)? for helping with uploading,
extrathanksers to [QU]RogeR for uploading it to quakeunity and consultating throughout the upload process and rest
of the whatnot.. and that's about it? I think I'm done here, any info you have regarding this movie, you can

movie is kinder nice, I still wanna see you do the "get to the other base quickly" by firing at the wall with "1 BFG/10Nades" in default Quake 3 without dieing,
editing and all is standard.. good job =)
You can please some, But dammed if you can please em' all

thanks for using some of the GQ4 demos :) I am to lazy to edit.
+ funnyb, oblivion :D
+ I liked the color correction and some of the effects were well used. The BFG holy shit was great...haven't got that feeling of amazement in a vid in a long time :D
+ special effect 'wings' on vampire, although pointless (better used on a fast cap) they look pwnage.
- Wouldn't say all of the kills were shown as effectivily as possible, some of the scenes needed a 2nd watch to understand them (which could be a good or bad thing). I wouldn't have edited most of those frags that way, but that is probably a good thing. :)
- Don't like how the q3ctf4 void rox was shown. Doesn't show the incredible length that rocket travels.
- 3D was crappy, and the names intro was kinda long and boring.
- another celldweller switchback remix :(
Good feeling and pace overall with creative editing at times but cut a little to much to fast as some points, to the point that the actual event is hard to tell what happens or appreciate the kill/skill involved.

finally some great movie from q3, but subz is "ut man" and when i watched this movie i feel like: "man.. iam watching ut movie whats wrong:D" it was pretty strange feeling maybe just for me:P if i look closer i saw the second half of movie was more more better than first, until 4:10 (where was some 3d weapon change) it was bad movie for me:( but after 4:10 was great:)) good job. coloring was very good but still looks like it default colors ...i dont like them. in the end i want say.. i was disappointed with fragz coz most of them was from promode:( 8/10

I barely enjoy q3 frag movies so I had doubts to download this one. But now, after I watched this movie, I have to say that it really worth a download, even if you are not so quake fan. Honestly, I enjoyed every seconds of it. Amazing frags, spectacular editing, nice colors - everything we may need.
By the way, at 5:30 you made me scared that the movie will end in 30 secs :D |
