grr, i didn't even get third... if that doesn't show you what the rush to get this movie is like nothing will!!
Anyway, this movie is great, as i knew it would be. Showing some of the best tricking i've seen, (ever, period) from the likes of roffo, cetus, and camping gaz to name but a few. Actually, i was pretty shocked to see gaz's stuff in there - and i'm not even an old school trick-meister nor nuffink.
production wise it's as you'd expect from mrks - as good as it gets. Great config, again with a new look to quake3. Great defrag cams. Great music, and even better synching. Not a lot else to say, other than - welcome to the shaolin productions team mrksy, you've done us all proud!

holy shit, its an ACTUAL review:
cant say much about this video. its just truly astounding. something non-GAMERS can watch with a @_@ expression. youve really outdone yourself, i can see literal progression in your work which owns. i love the transition with the multiple screens, reminded me of the one u used on [cyrus?] in obsession but completely revamped and updated. great video mrks. a fav for sure. not surprised if this hits most downloaded list within a week.
side note: oooooooh so THATS this 'CeTuS' guy i've been hearing about. hehe <3 Justas ^_^

well here's the sentence u all were waiting for and knew it was coming - gj all around guys!!!
i was really impressed with roffo's, mrks' and cetus' long ass runs! gaz had some very nice runs aswell but not so many as others.
i'd like to especially point out pollo's mecha 1337 5x rj off the skull on doubledm17!!! best 5x rj trick eva! \o/
also mrks did a superb job with the editing! there's always smt new and cool in his videos! umm, but maybe too much slow-mo imho.
i'd also like to mention that i really like the direction that q3 trickin vids are headin and that there are the "flag carriers" like mrks to take us there! :P
ok own-age, we're ready for aftermath now! :D

k um. content owns. i love roffo, cetus, m1tsu, pollo, etc. pollo's 5x fucking tooled everybody gg. i dont enjoy the dm map tricking stuff AS much as i do on the custom maps. but the tricks still own. editing was pretty kool, the transition i think onto the mrks csu trick was pretty kool with the boxes or w/e. i also liked the big screens with pollo on lickfs :D. i wish the video was so 'timescaled' cuz there werent THAT many tricks, just seemed like alot cuz of the slow speeds. i guess mrks was going for a feel though so thats kool. overal was a good video but (dont hit me) i still enjoy Art of Tricking more. <3 still movie owns.

This was a nice video.
The config for starters, very nice, brightness, colors, everything was set very nice. the widescreen was real nice also. Content was real well too.. I'm not a tricker, but I do know that those tricks are just damn hard to begin with. so I won't go much into that perspective. I enjoyed the music selection.. less vocals is always better in my book. The vegas "echoing" effect that vegas does kinda helps out with the smoothness factor, probably was hell to render out the final video but it was worth it. Editing was nice, Effects were not overly abused or used throughout the entire video..*cough ctm2 *cough. Map selection was real nice, (not that you have MUCH choice in it, but the maps used did have a lot of nice colors/details in it.
Overall the video is very nice, definitly one of the top 3 tricking videos out there, mrks's best video yet.

Intro was amazing along with music. After that I kinda got bored.
I guess that can just be blamed on not appreciating q3 trickjumping that much though.

well, what to say....i liked the video, the editing was very very good, some things imo was overused but it´s still very cool. gj here mrks. best video from u imo ;)
well now to the runs....there are pretty some cool tricks in there, but some make me wondering, why u used some demos where the roxx didn´t hit? or some roxx was used too much for the trick? u can do some tricks with less roxx as the tricker used...well, but thats not the important things. but overall good tricks and runs. gj all.
i was ":o" all the time when i saw CeTuS´s runs on ra3 map and on cos1_beta7b....very very good runs ;>
heh, and where was the introtrick from m1tsu, the teleporter one? is that trick only in the intro, or was my player crap?? hmmm, i´d love to see this run from him in that video....u ´ve posted the demo on opc, why couldn´t u use it for the video?? this run was so cool...:/
well, again at all...good job, i liked the movie...added to fav ;>

Ive hardly played Quake 3.. i never trick jump .. but omfg this was the best tricking movie ive seen so far :P i didnt fast forward i didnt get bored and it was like nooooooooooooooo cant be 13 mins allready :'( nooooooo :'(
Anyway my second fav is kfo the movie ( another by you ) \o/ heh really nice ... the music was a perfect on this movie .. everythin was v nice :D:D u did a good good job :p
I would love to see a Quake 3 frag video from you that would be nice to see :D ..... nn

wow. I have no complaints at all! mrks you are truly one of my fav editors and im not just saying that because i <3 you anyways. very good job on the movie man. the music was perfect, the synching was awesome, and the tricks were nuts. It made me go back to the good 'ol days of freestyle vids like opc promo 4 and when tricking_it movie first came out. It feels like forever ago a good tricking (freestyle) video has come out. I am glad i waited. now for it2 :D cmon bring it shao!
