VERY nice frags, some nice defrag cams, but I dont like the picture in picture ones, I end up missing the frag and have to rewind.

frags where synced in vegas but i noticedit wasnt synced some times.. probably 2 shots.. but the rest is fine.. yeah im collecting demos.
yeah those frags are great.. i have more great ones i just put some teaser ones =D

other than that (which is strictly personal opinion), it looks good... I look forward to participating, well depending if you're going to use different style of music that is... :D

Yeah im not surprised with the metal :p Sounds good to me :D Keep up the good work doughboy1er.
My only complaint is the effect used takes away from the good color of q3. Colors look a bit bland. Oh well :p gl with the final :) Any news on release dates? |

the music sucking is not my problem, i like all music, but in this its just nice frags on top of music.
that is my biggest problem with anyvid and the same with dough's older vid (fod3) music like that doesn't allow nice flow/mold/audio video synce. IF u use music like that use ingame sound i would say...
just my opinion :)

About music you are not limited to your music and Linkin Park, Evanescence, System of a Down or any already used music (yeah including techno). There are hundreds of bands or singer whose songs can fit great a q3 movie, and that have never been used before in any q3 movie. Often I say music is just a matter of tastes and the important is that it pleases the editor and if it does it will please other people, but here it doesn't allow any sync, and everybody (or nearly) who has commented didn't like the music. So my advice would be to reconsider your choice for the music, because here, it doesn't seem to work (just my opinion, do whatever you want with it).
Alcohol is the answer, but I can't remember the question!

i think this music fits almost perfectly .. like used and abused .. was great with fintroll fast heavy metal shit .. was perfect ... dunno maybe its just me but i dont think many other bands fit q3 frag vids as good as most metal does .. there have been a few .. like badge 2 and 3 ... annihilation .. f4tf .. nd some others .. but thats about it .....

Very promising trailer, love the music, but I agree that the picture in picture effect made that frag impossible to comprehend upon intitial viewing.

good for you, stick to your guns on that... who cares if we don't download the movie now or whatever, you want your music to define the movie, if that's what you listen to. I personally think that music is a bad selection for Q3 movies (unless it's ONLY used for a crazy run or something), but whatever. Also your options are not limited to just linkin park, good lord I'd rather listen to your trailers music again instead of them.
Point is, being the editor... you make the decision but you have to make yourself happy first, so if picking this music will do that then go for it.
I'll still download your movie, though i'll probably watch it with no volume :D ... sounds like others will too, but you have to respect that as well.

I hate the music...I did not saw anything new or good synch or whatever...I missed many things here...even normal quality...sorry but its ur 4th movie and u should focus now at some technical things and than go to the creative part...

Don't get me wrong Doughboy1er, when i said music was nheeeee i ment music isn't synch with the frags :) it isn't for several reasons! And I like all music, slipknot i ear a bit :) Surfacin rocks :D
Well why isn't it synch? First all slow motion with this music doesn't fit, also the part of the frags aren't synch, olny one of the hits from each demo or so, no? My opinion dough :)
Ok, now you wanna a example of synch with this kind of music?
Alien[S2] - M19*Lexers Ownage Movie.avi, i didn't liked that music either but was well synch and putted with the frags i enjoyed the show :D I'm talking about the midlle part, when is on DM12 etc the final part the real show was the ownage :D
