I won't tell anything about your low skills, because they seem to be far greater than mine (but I don't defrag a lot).
About editing: too many effects used imo, and because of them sometimes we don't see clearly what happens, and don't always know if it is still the same run or an other run, don't always see the begining or the end. Original maps for most of them, just a few maps already seen in other movies. An other good point is that there are cpm runs, that I like (but that's just personal).
Some nice runs but too many effects (and these ones are over used, already seen in 10+ other vids).

Alcohol is the answer, but I can't remember the question!
