No editing, just frags one after the others. Quality is really horrible, especially for that filesize. the frags in themselves are really not impressive, most of them are single rail shots in instagib (sometimes little runs, but we don't see action because of the quality), and not impressive at all (mostly dm17).
To sum up, I don't know why TokeD approved this vid, maybe becuse it has its own mirror (that 10 parts system is awful but iguess the editor had no other choice).

Alcohol is the answer, but I can't remember the question!
