why do they switch to the ax all the time.. i just never really got q1, i was never really good at it.. it all started with quake 2 because it seemed like q1 the rockets move at like 1000000 ups and they kill you if your standing in the same level if one is shot.. got i hate that game

They bind weapon attacks.
e.g.
Right click = switch to RL, shoot, switch to axe.
Left click = switch to LG, shoot, switch to axe.
etc etc |

| They change to axe because when you die you don't drop any ammo.... If you die with the gun you had in your hand you drop that type of ammo and more.. |

They switch to axe, because when you die with rocketlauncher in your hands, you drop a pack with a RL in it -> enemy team gets one
By switching to axe/shotgun you drop a pack without an RL |

they also play with drawgun off, so they don't notice at all. its quite common.
anyway, this movie rocked! It's like a tribute video to Annhilation. Sure its not original, but i think its fine because he tells you straight up.
i thought the vid was very intense, and that the editing was very good, but i wasn't quite blown away by the content.
good vid tho!
