This is the image-quality everyone should have :O Very smooth and clean.
I still miss the ingame sounds, because now it feels like watching demos and listening to winamp on the background :P
The frags were moslty nice. Editing was ok.

| yea i liked it, however that bio frag MUST have been set up, either that or your the most lucky person ever to walk the earth...which i dont concider to be true. the quality was good and and most of the frags were too, exept the random headshots which seemed like...wow a headshot.....i like mid air head shots but normal ones where the guy is just walking along i dont find impressive. but a really good 2k4 movie imo. |

Anyone can get a great quality video with 27 mb/minute. So the quality is not good if you see how big it is. I rather download some more to get better quality though.
The frags are nothing special. Especially the headshots. Anyone who plays ut2004 makes at least two headshots per game. No cool shock combos as well.
This is a good quality video with no special content. The editing is also minimal. There are way better ut2004 movies, like ascension. |

i agree with most of your post, except when we talk about its great quality, we are talking about the video's smoothness and the actual in-game graphics. ut2k4's dumpframes has always been pretty borked until recently, so people have either had these messed up dumpframes pieces of footage, or they have fraps which is either choppy, or they turned their in game graphics down to the shittiest settings possible just to get smooth playback.
and saying that an average player makes 2 headshots a game is silly.. headshots are totally random in thish game. nobody intentionally tries to aim for headshots, except on AFKs :p they hold their crosshair at about head height, but even then, the headshots still end up being completely random/lucky

I don't want to take this discussion away from movie feedback...but EVERY SINGLE FRAG was legit and happened. That goo shot was especially not staged.

not a bad thing by the way, nice song.
Liked the movie too, good quality, some nice frags, sometimes the music was mwa mwa. ( first 2 were great, last two hm.. and well, majahi did it O_o ). + I'm not a fan of ut2k4 =p

The latest ut2004 movies also have made use of dumpframes. So thats nice to see indeed.

I do :O infact. It works you know. I don;t think im a very good player, but i aim for the head. But i don't why people put headshots into their movie. Sometimes it's cool, but not every headshot is worth it. |
