If you really like Quake 3 arena movies, Forever 2 is one that you must see. It was made full os details, brings toghther 63 Brazilian players, in mind blowing frags. The video has the special featuring of Trix, aka Fast Forward showing some of his tricks, but the biggest feature is the synchronization of more than 180 frags with the audio tracks.

Very good video, had to see it twice in a row, excelent frags and its very fast paced, loved the editing on the intro, almost perfect xcpect the end that kinda slows down the pace, good work to everyone who made it.

Amazing movie, big diversity: OSP, CPMA, RA3 shots. Synching is very nice, so the quality. Gr8 shots, good effects, very creative, it worths the DL, its a must-see.

Vecchi :) I hug. I enjoyed this one!
Very nice movie, with a lot of diversity: VQ3/OSP, CPMA, RA3. Synching is very nice, quality is good too. I'm glad that (despite the slight language problem) you have learned from the forum and the tutorials (I think). I haven't seen you in a while... maybe you were busy making the movie. But I think it's great you have the perseverance to make this movie a good one, despite some of the posts you got in return of your questions :)
Looking forward to your next movie :)

not bad. pretty cool intro, decently synced, quality isnt terrible, fairly clean for the most part and the content good well outweighed the few mediocre shots. few things i didnt like was a few of the cheesey transitions, at times the images seemed a bit dark, the tricks in the credits were all nothing spectacular and the music deffinently wasnt my taste. but yah, big improvement, enjoyable video, look forward to seeing more.

+Quality, a little bit dark but I don't mind that.
+Frags, nice syncing specially the dream " we will rock you" part.
+Music only 2 songs that weren't of my taste.
overall 8/10 . Defenatly worth the download. Onother movie added to my favorite folder.

yeah, i loved the we will rock you part, even tho the frags were not great in it, that part was awesome. There was a mix overall on the frags, some good, some average. It was a little dark at times, but it doesnt matter that much.

rofl, I liked it enough to give it a 7/10, pro's were the music, some ok syncing and the quality was decent aswell. Thought the movie lasted a little too long. Anyway, gg on the overall 10 votes :P

good choice of music
the config was too dark :(
the content was disappointing :(, best frags from a dozen of players sounded like: we have some REALLY nice frags. well... it sounded like that...
a single railhit or a single rockethit arent anything special these days, even if it is very well synced.
but editing and qualitiy were good :>

Well, the first thing i have to say is that i loved the intro ; very nice colors & effects. Awesome.
About the rest of the movie, it was good too and i liked the Marilyn Manson/Queen parts. Frags were good overall (exept some easy rails) with a few crazy ones @ 5'11 or 7'14. The syncing was nice in the Queen part, good job. The bad point imo was the very last part on dm6, i would have used that kind of atmosphere for an intro or something like that, not an outro. :/
To sum up, a few bad points but overall a good time with some nice creative moments (like hum... the intro ! :D), don't be afraid to grab this one cuz it worth the download for sure. Good work. |

It can clearly be seen the effort put up in this movie! I must say that i didn't expected nothing of this after the 1st movie ;) i mean it had good ideias but i was thinkng that you would keep the same kind of effort on the #2..
Glad you didn't :D quality is very good, a very good config and media extraction! Collors all seem fine, and i think it was a first time tht i saw a sequence of rails that didn't 'bore' :D nice theater part, intro was also cool, i think this is a winner really!
Nice flow on the movie, very well sync but as all movies it has the down points ;) Static text was the thing i didn't liked.. not many color correction maintain q3 as the original (after a lot of movies we don't like to see it equal) but i think that it was only that, be proud!

Eu posso ver perfeitamente o esforço colocado neste filme! Posso dizer que estou completamente supreendida com o que saiu no segundo, dado que já tinha visto o primeiro e nunca esperei uma evolução tão grande :D o primeiro também tinha boas ideias mas pensava que iria manter o mesmo esforço na produção para este...
Ainda bem que não manteve :D a qualidade está fenomenal, bom config e extracção de screenshots! As cores também parecem bem, e acho que pela primeira vez vi uma grande sequência de rails que não aborreceram :D gostei da parte do cinema e a intro também foi muito original, eu acho que o projecto é um vencedor, a sério!
O filme fluiu muito bem, estava bem sincronizado mas como todos os filmes, tem o seu lado negativo ;) Texto estático foi um pouco desilusão :( não tinha também novas cores nos mapas (depois de ver centenas de filmes q3 já não gosto de ver as mesmas cores), mas acho que foi só isso mesmo :D

Amazing. All i have to say was sad before =) Just a consideration about the frags:
The frags could be better , but the majority of brazillian q3 players couldn't sent their best frags, cause they have problems such lost demos, demos corrupted, ou simply because some oh them don't record demos. Some players appears just because a friend recorded a demo and remembered when vecchi ask for demos!

Os frags poderiam ter sido melhores, mas a maioria dos jogadores brasileiros de q3 não puderam mandar suas melhores jogadas porque tiveram problemas como demos perdidos, demos corrompidos, ou simplesmente porque não gravam demos. Alguns jogadores só apareceram porque algum amigo gravou e se lembrou quando o vecchi pediu os demos!
De qualquer forma, todos os Brasileiros estão muito orgulhosos de vc Vecchi! Parabéns!! |
