The half-beat strafing is definately the highlight. The movie is pretty much all original as far as I can tell, but, d3mon seems to be trying to hard to avoid repeating someone else's jumps. No multiple rox or multiple nades that I can remember. Some cool backwards stuff.

thnx adamllis! :P i tryed to add only new stuff so i really haven't been practicing 3xrox and stuff. i would have putten more and harder half-beats in to the movie but it was a last minute add on. id did the demo 30 min before upl it and after 20 min of practice :P

"Half-Beat" is a style where u have very little mouse movement. it's the run on cos1 green left section, notice how i look only in one direction and hardly move. read more and how to do it here: http://www.overdrivepc.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4353
