Help me Plz! everytime i try to extract .rar video that say: The file is corrupted, i,m downloading your movie :), but that would be great if you could help me :)

Ok man u better have like 300+ bodygaurds watching over u cos im gonna track u down and destroy you! BLODDY HOOBASTANK - OUT OF CONTROL AGAIN! AAAAAAAAAARGH! I aint gonna dowload it cos of that and the other sont Powerman 5000 - Bombshell was used in the eoL vid and therefore shud never be used again. Total count of vids that ive seen "Hoobastank - out of control" in = 6
