Nice movie guys but there are a few things which really detracted from the whole experience...Please take the following as constructive criticism, not as an insult:10 seconds into the movie, I saw "Timescale 0.5" in the bottom left hand corner.. this destroyed the whole movie for me before it had even set any kind of pace. It opens with some dude headshotting some guy going through the service hall, but I didnt notice this until the 3rd time I watched the intro because I was too busy being distracted by "Timescale 0.5" Why include this in the movie? This is like covering the hud with 2 lagometers and really just isnt acceptable in any movie that somebody has spent more than 30 minutes making. You seem to have set out to make a movie with good production values (lightmaps, etc) however you leave the OSP demo hud on when youre exporting the TGA's? If you dont know how to disable the OSP demo commands, when RtCW loads the demo, immediately bring down the console and type /keyoff - this will enable you to use your own programmed timescale binds which wont ruin the movie experience for viewers.Secondly, 800x600 res? Why wasnt it exported in 640x480? 640 res is ample for any kind of movie which is being made for distribution on the net. This would also reduce filesize and improve image quality. With the editing, I'm guessing you used premiere, or at least something that allows cutting up and syncing to music.. why didnt you do any?At 1:46 a guy panzers like 4 dudes, then we see him leaning around a corner until 2:04 when he nades a guy.. when youre leaving 18 seconds inbetween frags with a lean around a corner the whole time, you really need that frag to be a little bit more interesting than a 1 kill nade..80 megs for 3 minutes of unsynced video with the OSP demo hud @ 800x600 = lose, imho.
