I already told you some stuffs about the betas, a long long time ago. I know the main point of these frags is that they are against very skilled players too (and of course the amazing movement abilities from your guest too :D).
I am really expecting this!

It is x264, so quite new codec. Try to follow the installation guide provided in Get Quaked3, or in Anathema trailer (or just look for some infos about it in the forum, typing x264 in the search bar). But a simple way is to download the atest version of video lan client (vlc), it has all the codecs included, including x264 ones.

Nice little movie. Honnestly I didn't expct that much after the betas you sentme, but for this one you worked hard and imporved on content and editing. Quality is perfect to me with a low filesize. For the content nothing extraordinary, but I miht enjoy them more because I know you, soks and many people fragged in it (and some are very skilled). Nothing too original, but nicely done anyway. And the last part is fun.

but yeah not the best frags which normally seen in a movie :/
but its diffrent harder to get good airrox and stuffs cause the aircontroll
but what am i talking about the best are my eyes xD

Who do you think you are telling that to? Do you remember we played in the same clan, so I know all that. Air control is not the only reason: speed is an other, fast switch too, because you will rather switch to rail rather than trying an airshot when someone is in the air. Other reason is that you played against skilled players, so it doesn't help for airshots.
Btw I know they were half a year old but considering the level of what you had sent, (demos and movies) and what you told me (only frags against great players, so nothing fancy), I was nicely surprised.
So that movie didn't blow my mind for its editing or content, but I had a nice time watching it, and that is the most important (and why did you cut my cpm15 run? grrr).

+quality
+- frags : some were good, some were not
+- editing : a few refreshing ideas. nice, clean editing
- runs : sorry bacchus, but I know you can do much better then this, so I was a bit disappointed. You said the cpm15 run was cut down, which i can see, because the stuff you did is very easy.

have to protect bacchus here:
he couldn tsend me his better runs cause he send them to another one and I didn t want from him the more awefull run from tricking sight but a one who fits in my movie soo it should be fast as it can go...
and i tried the cpm15 run for my own and must say i didn tstay it :)
i fail in the beginning with the tele jump
and wtf it is no tricking vid :D
call it action vid and movement wasn t isn t and won t be in the foreground :D

This is one of the few movies that use x264 that I can play. What is the deal with that codect?In some movies it kills my comp, but this one ran as smooth as it gets.
about the movie:
almost if not flawless quality.
+avg frags.
I liked the music
entertaining.

when you include a run in your movie, it doesnt matter if the description on own-age.com says frag higlights, it has to be good quality if you want a good content rating. since it's part of the content. |
