Just watched it. Some really really nice frags. No editing. Some synch. Music ok but not too original. Quality is not very good. Overall average movie. I don't know what was your purpose while making this movie but for me you've just wasted really nice content ;)

Ok, I watched it. First of all - frags aren't really nice and unbelievable as I expected. Some ones are lucky, but those control shots that I have seen aren't too complicated because of small shooting angle. Nearly all the final rockets are rushed after their aims, no rocket "cross-shot cuts", no spacious double airs, only pitiful fakes... I do really love k4rkOm4's & Vincent Vega's RA3 movies for their instant skilled frags, mb not so long airs, but not so lucky, and I see their aim to purpose. But this vid doesn't show off the very rocket skill that U must take our look at... I see a lot of funny airs, and it's smth nice :P In the whole, with less than 200 hours of average Q3 MidAir practice I could take much more complex & nice shots that U does. So U ask me why I have no footage? Huh!...
In the second - U used my super-duper track from "Disturbed" for opening. Arrrrrrrrrrr, I DID have the will to use it in my movie :DDDDDDDDD U left me behind in this way :)

He did you a favour; Disturbed is mega-overused.

Huh, this track is from 2005 Album release. I dont agree with fact of its overusage. :D
P.S.: Have taken a look at the movie once again. CPM physics within Ra3 maps... Really know CPM physics in Ra3 - airs are totally easy :P (+10%of Rocket speed up, big knockback for enemy in air...)

Really NOT m8!!! I have played a lot of maps, in RA3, in CPM, in QW also... I always concentrated on Rocket as on the very weapon to play q3 (and q4 too ;] ) In my last Ra3 game (it was about 6 months ago, ra3map11, 1st section) i did about 3-4 "Accuracy" medals per minute of playing :P

If your "dissolution" project will be off 4x-AirRockets, I'll kill you by myself...
P.S.: I practice new QW MidAir rocket trix: not less then 10 consistent AirRoxx on warmup on Pit2 map without enemy landing :PPP This map provides no walls - just pure Airs :)
I will succeed... ;)

Actually the promode warmup allows 4x-AirRockets indeed. In this way U and Ur opponents must play with 200/200 at start and there is the very possibility to do pure 4x-Air. But U could practice with Ur teammate (friendly-fire off) to reach the very number of consistent AirRockets without enemy landing U are able to do. I think this is the Rocket Skill activity :P

Ya but as you said it was ra3 and ra3 = vq3 so air-rockets are x2 "easier" (all things considered) cause you cannot change your trajectory in the air once you're bounced (or just a little bit but nothing really noticable). Go and play a 5v5 clan arena (cpm) and tell me if people don't actually dodge your rockets.. even if you are very good at this it's still hard to predict which direction the guy is going to take because of the air-control and from the fact that you very often only have the time to fire a single rocket which obviously has to be the good one. It's tough, i'm telling you.

Ya ... |
The fact is that CPM rocket has the 10% of speeding up so this enemy air-control goes down. Plus very strong enemy knockback while it is boucned up with current rocket... So I follow u that there are different methods of Air taking in vq3 & in cpm, but this movie doesn't show any super unbelievable cpm Air metods. Only long lucky frags (try to get that it's very fun as well but not skilled so), but every cpm gamer has the will to see another thing: really skilled 3x-4x Airs - unbelievable not thanks to their air time (for cpm on long distances it's not the very thing to show off), but consistent airs iteration number. So more than 2 aren't available at any movie I have seen :)))
P.S.: Huh, k4rkOm4, glad to see u! \:D/

| dude, even if the rockets move faster, the target can twist around them in the air. ive played both and it is much easier to hit airs in vq3 |

vq3 is not friendly for 3x-4x rocks but cpm is. So vq3 rocket presentation is the longest airs, 2x longs is max Then cpm rocket is waiting for 3x-4x middle airs.

| lol you sound so sad. 90% postive that if it came down to a normal 1v1 all this b-s talk about you 26x mid air rockets simply would not happen. You probably suck by the sounds of it. Skill, in a game? You need to get out more kid. |

huh, kinky, man :D U mistaked in forum choise :) U should post smth about railing 21st century techniques. I see u have smth to say in this key ;)
stevij, i'm not in opposite :) I see that both cpma and vq3 rocket skills require a lot of time and cant be asquired at the one moment. But they present themselves differently and nothing more.
