i liked some but not a keeper, it really seems u worked hard on it. Edit is nice for a 1st movie, some effects are nice ( maybe a bit too much effects to my taste but anyway ) vid creative cause of some effects, the in-game sounds, all weird mods at then end etc.
Frags are not so good, exept a few and quality hmm.. Divx sux :X u should use x264 or xvid.
At the very begining u should added a little sound or noise and some songs were already used.
Anyway like i said it really seeable that u worked hard on it, exept for encoding part ;)
*edit* : I ve been maybe a bit hard on my votes on quality (5) it is not that ugly ( most when u know it is divx ) but it is really weird rending on my pc :o. |

1: Your taste in music stinks!
2: The quality could've been better, but that's because my whole process had multiple compressions
3: I just couldn't stand 30 FPS alone. But even then I should've done 45 or 60 blended frames instead.
4: The mods came after the credits, which were 11.33 minutes into the video. 11.33 > 2.
5: Your mom.......Though I am going to redo the entire video with better quality n' what not.
Actually, I still want to hear what people think of it. I'm going to redo the entire video with some better footage in places and different FPS/blending/encoding, so it'd be nice to get some more feedback.

i thought frags wernt that good, and i wouldve appreciated the editing more if the quality hadnt been as bad. music was ok for me. i didnt like not seeing the frag msg. didnt like the different sounds. sry didnt do it for me

Constructively critisizing something is not calling it "shit." I've obviously worked hard on it, and while posting it among players who also put effort into their work, I expect that one(especially the creator of his own video) would do more than deride my production.
My first response was laced with sarcasm, but I really can't put up with elitist bullshit for more than a post.

I hear ya. I've uploaded the file to quake3files.com (Planetquake3.net's FTP) but it hasn't appeared anywhere, and I think you need to login to the FTP to download it.
