It seems the first frag is corrupted for me and several others, here are the safe intervals where it plays well: 0:00-0:33 \| 0:46-4:55 So skip :33 to :46 and it should play fine, sorry about that :P

download the k-lite codec pack and install media classic player also (also in the pack), works fine then. cool vid, some nice frags, but yeah it did stutter a bit, first x264 movie i've had any problem playing currently working on team wink-clan movie

Its only at 25 fps and the whole corrupt first frag thing... When I get my new computer and can do dumpframes and good encoding watch out! >:O

you used FRAPS ? fraps isn't very bad program for recording try dumpframes and in virtual dub put together screenshots it has the best quality and if you choose good codec it wouldn't be big
