This is an easy operation. In virtualdub, open your file, set video to direct stream and compress the soundtrack using the lame acm mp3 codec with interlacing at every frame. It should work unless vdub borks the interlacing somehow :P .

sorry to be the bringer of bad news but this vid realy isnt worth the size. Minus intro/outro, your looking at around 10 minutes of incredibly basic public server DM frags, i cant remember even 1 of the top of my head that i would deem worthy of being in a frag vid.

Vid quality was average, music wasnt to my taste (kinda asian-pop i think) and not synched by the looks of it, and intro/outro were pretty standard (fly-around ect) aswell.
