The editing is great, and the effects nice too.
It is not very original, but you used q3mme nicely, and it is difficult to be innovative with defrag movies.
It was a good idea to mix vq3 and cpma runs, but it would have ben bette if it was spotted at the begining of each run instead of the end.
Sometimes you put many effects and nice camera, but the action was unclear, especially when you don't know the maps.
I can't judge the times because I know none of the maps, except 1: q3wc1. Too bad for you it was the first run of the movie, and the time was very bad compared to world record (according to speedcapture.com): you did 8.860, wr is 7.000, and wr without weapon is 8:448 (still faster than you). Than kinda ruined the movie to me, too bad.
Alcohol is the answer, but I can't remember the question!
