+/- Almost content driven movie, I miss some effects

oh my, I haven`t seen such a brilliant timing in a frag movie for .. yeah, it feels like ages. really nice job. intro looked pretty original for my eyes, the red text somehow catches the mood the devildriver-song creates. then again, awesome job on the timing. the best thing about the synch is that it doesn`t seem to be hardly forced into synch. I always have the problem that I want to synch to every single beat or bass drop so that the final clip looks a little bit overedited. nothing like this will you find in here - flawless. editing is flawless, too,, I didn`t see any mistakes so far. as already said before, the border was a little bit too large though lovely designed, especially the little tree in the lower left corner. I also loved the way how you deformed the border when there was a zoom from a sniper rifle - that achieves this certain pace that I just love about this movie. well the frags: I can`t really judge about that since I have never ever played dod but if someone would ask me if they are good, I`d just say, god damn, they are.
the only thing that I didn`t like too much was the outro since it was way too long, quiet and slow. but since I`m mentioned there it`s ok again^^
that`s everything so far, if everything comes to my mind additionally, I`ll edit my comment.
keep up the good work rat, who laughs and most of all .. .stick to the music choice ;) |

good vid
didn't like the black spots during the middle while music is going, some points could have used tighter sync and couple more effects maybe. but quality is dam nice, with compression a little high, but it is high detail.
liked the black (custom widescreen ) surrounding the picture, a nice photoshop job, also credits were nice with the begining of them looking organic
only thing hurting this for me is lack of playing the game personally and lack of the game being as 'impact-ful' as some games (a rocket hitting a guy in q3 is more 'vid-esque'(sp*)) future dod vids could look to be more original in showing the actual frags (add some cams maybe) enjoyable vid tho

- the borders might've been a lilbit smaller
