was kinda nice.
the content was really really good at certain points, the content is what made this vid in my opinion!
lots of the editing feels really unnecessary, feels like the editor tried to achieve way cooler stuff than he's really capable of, which ruined quite alot actually. would've liked to see a way cleaner/more stylish editing to this content .
I still recommend every (wo)man interested in ut2004 to dload this vid, if ur not into ut2k4, go watch something else :) |

i don't know if i mentioned in the read-me but i learnt a lot when i was editing parts of this movie,
but i've learnt far more since, not just editing but in the whole process of making a movie.
my next movie hopefully will capitalise on this, and will as i always aim for have good content :) |

there s much inexperiance in the video editing, no rytm and flow. but this s the most difficut things to learn.
about the frags you can get the same in others video. nothing of special, nothing of real new.
the rc cam re nothing of special. just a cam that fly around.
the failure of this video is more again a negative note.
i find 1 positive things: the weapon render.
it s the 2nd vid in all the time of the ut2kx even did.
(1st was the the vanguard trailer)
creative - 7 (just for the waopon show)(without become just a 4)
edit - 5 (just for the waopon show)(without become just a 3)
content - 6
quality - 5 (on goliath there s a low bitrate encode.... what happened?!?!) |

Don't know what happened on goliath with the bit-rate.
i think you under-estimate the frags just slightly?
whole movie is more in-complete then i guess people can realise. |

I do agree about the quality side of things. Even if this video was finished and rendered with a better encode the quality would not have been great. I say this simply because of the capture quality. It was captured at 800x600 with no AA or AF. I urged kojn to change it but that wouldn't happen due to hardware limits.
This isn't the 2nd video to use weapon show. There is another called Beyond Logic, which first used this I think.

why i should understimate this vid? these frags was already showed in other vid. this s a realistic note, itsnt "understimate". this vid show mid air roket, already showed. gel, already showed. LG, already showed......
itsnt a vid with a full skill sequance like in "come die with me by nagash" (where a top player was owning other top players) and itsnt a vid like "anacalgon" with an huge impact with a weapon (well, here maybe there re too many combos vs newbie)(but the score s anyway very impressive)
ut2k4 vid need frags a bit different to become real new: they re multy mid air roket. and in this vid there arent. need multi HS in a row in few sec. need multicombo on each ball available. and so on.
