Description:
Most of the Quake 3 frag movies nowadays contain frags mixed together with psy-trance (atleast the well made ones) or other electronic music. I had an idea of making a movie with something different music and finally, I ended up with sid-metal (which isn't anything like death metal :) so don't run away immediately).
Syncing everything as nicely as I could was the main mission for me. I also concentrated on the quality. Frags are taken from demos I gathered from the internet and watched through myself looking for some frags worthy of capturing.
All in all, this is a frag movie with nicely synced frags and different music. Ofcourse not so different for some.

Not all the frags but the most os them are zzzzzz.And its too dark.But the camz are nice, the soundtrack too.I miss the ingame sound and the fragmessages.

Nice effort on the sync and editing in general, music was pretty cool aswell especially during the intro. Looked more like a "editing focused" movie btw but I don't mind it, was a good watch.
Edit : Hum I've just rewatched the vid a few times more 5 minutes ago and I must admit that the intro is top. I found it cool when I saw it for the first time but enjoyed it even more today. Neat track/synching/mood/fonts/colors etc Very catchy, I love it.

Frags are a joke in this. What happen!
Great quality, nice editing, just all around good. I can tell you have
the ability to make a really great vid. But get some better frags.
Bad points:
-Dark video
-Too much slow mo.
Good points:
-Quality
-Syncing
Seriously, you have the talent. Just need to pick better frags next time around. Definitely need to see you make some more vids.

| Many have commented that the movie is too dark. Just wanted to point out that it's like that on purpose :) I adjusted the contrast and color balance so that it would look like that. |

First of all the author should understand that cameras MUST NOT fly through walls. I was sure it is evident, but I was mistaken.
The idea of the movie was good, but the realization sucked. Using such a slow motion was not a good idea - the frags were not good enough to keep viewers intrested in timescale 0.2 playback. The content wasnt bad but the editing style was not correct for such kind of frags: there arent many lucky shots and airrox in games of proffesional quakers, so the main idea of proffesianal content is to let viewer to feel the skill of pros. Timescale 0.2 was not the right choise.
I will good luck for the authors, I hope we will see higher-quality (I mean editing level, not the video quality) videos made by you.

I love the style of this. The song (which is fantastic btw!!) fits so perfectly with the frags and the general feel of the movie.
