| hmmm ... where can i edit the description ? Anyways the video is the best of "Happy Fraggin 1-4" in my opinion, looks like a real pro movie. The quality is perfect, recam shots, very nice editing, etc. |

seriously though I completely agree with you. This vid is pretty damn good. The quality alone is great, very crisp. great camera angles showing off some nice slowmo air rockets, run with quadrail and other misc giblets. I think the intensity of the music flowed well with the video. good credits too. gj

Quite a good movie. Frags are not bad and there are some kinds of frags you don't see really often in frag vids. Recams are really nice too. The main complain is about music: it doesn't really fit action, there is absolutely no sync, so sometimes there is a big slow motion and music continues to be fast... It is as if you ha ddone editing and then put a song you like on it. And 3 Linkin Park songs, it is too common. So we have a video that is original on frags and recams, but so common on music. But stays a good movie.
Alcohol is the answer, but I can't remember the question!

i cant dl the movie, it loads filefront but when i click download it just hangs and right clicking the download button is also a no-go. wtf is happening? i seem to be the only one not able to dl the movie. ive been able to dl every other movie fine off filefront. i dont want to use the romanian server because its very slow and my isp might cut out overnight.

kinda short imo. frags were good, but not super-good. some nice rails and rockets. 1 min 20 secs of credits with no frags or smth to go with it is just boring.

oh god, the music... :@ try to have more dynamic music selection next time. It didn't suit the EXTREME slow-mo's that you used. (hemostick told me before I made my movie to make sure the slow-mo's weren't THAT slow, because it can make or break a movie)
If you notice that the shadow's are fucked, then you should probably take them out, or lessen them... before you release your movie.
Nice camming job on the rocket follow... that was good.

Just by looking at the screenshot he used actual shadows. Downfall to actual shadows is they produce flaws.. something you can't work around unless you use a different shadow method.. even with the flaws the shadow effect is still cool in my mind. (I mean give the movie maker a break, he can't fix the cool shadow flaws... at least he's using something not many videos do)

These advices are great, they sure will help on my next movie.
About the size, i know that is little too big for the duration
but 200 megs is not that big and i think ppl don't mind as long
as the quality is high.
Seems i have always made not so "happy" (:D) choices for the music,
but i sure try to be more careful in the future.
Ah .. the shadows ... someone told me about the fucked shadow in the
slowmo rocket on dvddm1 AFTER my release, and i have a little ideea what
happened(i have to test but i think i'm right). I used a FSAA 4x - i think
that could cause the problem. |

I really liked the camera angles in this vid, the slow mo was used in some frags where it shouldn't have, but overall it was well done. Music wasn't that bad, and editing was nice. Good job. :)

quality was too good. Its less than six minutes long and 188 megs. It looks great, but personally that seems a little excessive.
The frags were pretty good, but the recams were awesome with Defrag but slomo was overused, and way too slow.
I like those songs, but there was almost no interaction with the music whatsoever. Credits were boring too--more runs would have been better than just text and a symbol.
Decent vid but I probably won't hold on to it for long.
