Description:
I made this video to show that Painkiller frags could be impressive. It's first PK fragmovie on 1.64 patch, all frags were made online. I record it from my demos.What to expect? A compilation of some good airstakes, airrockets, granade-stakes and other frags with heavy riffs.

I didin't want this movie to be like 150 mb, so the codec is wmv9.Open it in Windows Media Player. I know it sucks, BUT IT'S NOT WORKING PROPERLY WITH PLAYERS LIKE SUBEDIT, ALLPLAYER ETC... Just use WMP and it will look like I wanted to.

Watching it with WMP didn't change anything for me, ie the qual was still some kind of fucked up.. should have used an higher bitrate like something between 3000 and 3300kbs, would have ended up with a ~100Megs file which is descent for the lengh. Nice try though with some descent editing, pretty overeffected however.

I don't play Painkiller, but I decided to download this anyway. Content looked good (similar to some of the quake3 frags I've seen). The movie seemed to be blurry through most of it, I don't know if that was because of the quality or the editing. Either way, I'd say this movie was ok.

I didin't have influance on fps couse demos on PK 1.64 are very buggy and demoplay is about 20 fps. I just couldn't make anything to change it as I recorded frags form this demos. Fps would be the same at any other codec so you could be more indulgent. The same problem is with "blurry" view. It's 1.64 demos fault, I added some video filters to make it look better

OMG, we used to skirmish with masp, but this video is amazing!

I liked it all the way! I would download it even if it would have been 300 MB.
I must say though the quality is not the best, but it's realy good for almost 70 MB.

Masp, you could have made the file 150 MB realy, people download movies of 1.4 GB...

Nice music (i could not imagine PK with any other non rock or metal muzic), amazing frags, editing was realy in time in the line, and of course very nice intro and outro!

Pseudologue, i downloaded other files from this site like Quake and Doom movies and i must say there would not be a movie which you would not find good to post comment! Noone needs your bullshit comments!

I saw superb frags those were worth 10 points.
It does not mean Masp always plays that, but he did captured his best.

I would rate it worse if the file had been 300 MB for the same quality!
But you lamos won't get it that demorecord in PK spoils the view!

So quality is a custom thing that depends on the size and is it a demo or straight-record!

The only thing that i did not liked maby is the title "Wellcome to Hell" as it does not realy fits the MP action..;O

Seeing as this movie got under 7, what was unfair, it must had been raised to high score!

You mean animation is no so clear or you had problems with codecs? This video has about about 20 fps couse of demoplay bug.

There are always someone to play. When I see server browser there are always at least 20 ppl. So as aways, nothing have changed;]
